This morning’s lesson was a rerun for me. I went to see Joyce back in 2007 just about this time of year. Afterward, as usual for me, I started making it a point to record her on
TV, so it was that time that I saw today’s lesson called “Learning to Fly – Pt 2”. Of course, Part 1 is great, but I only remember seeing Pt 2 which is on this morning. I can remember thinking at the time that the Lord was getting me ready for something big. I had NO IDEA how big, of course, but looking back, and getting the same message this morning makes me just that much more excited that the Lord obviously has plans for me. As anyone who knows me knows, the Lord has been dropping me from greats heights over and over for the last year plus. I am actually excited to see how the Lord carries me through the next thing — especially considering how very intense His presence was during my son’s death and burial.

If you get the chance, check out the lesson that Joyce did on this date. If it’s much later than the date, I’m not sure how you’ll find it, but make an effort! It will be well worth it.
