What’s the most underrated life skill?

I think it’s the ability to be flexible — to roll with the punches. Life comes at you fast sometimes, and it makes all the difference in the world if you can adapt to the unexpected with an attitude of grace and a willingness to let go of the outcome. We have a tendency to want to control things around us and all that really does is stress us out and make the people around us run for cover. It’s not a guarantee that everything will be perfect, but it will make our nervous system a lot more comfortable in most situations.

I’m Kellie

I know what it feels like when the life you thought you’d live falls apart.

I’ve walked through devastating loss, disappointment, and seasons when I didn’t know how to move forward. Along the way, I’ve learned that rebuilding isn’t about becoming who you were before; it’s about discovering who you are now.

Through my writing, faith, and coaching, I share what I’m learning about finding hope, renewing your mind, and learning to live again.

If you’re rebuilding too, you’re welcome here.
